Just do what I do and tell them Donaire is a great American boxer and doesn't give a shi t about Philippines...it makes them go insane. The guy has lived only here since he was a small child, he even has an American accent. I claim him as a great American boxer and it makes them rage =)
Challenge to all of nsb to keep it real concerning Pacman.

So you are making this about race. The guy travels back and forth in the Philippines, and has a thick Filipino Accent when he speaks the language. Seriously, if Pac wasnt Filipino nobody would give a **** whether Donaire is Fil-Am or not.Just do what I do and tell them Donaire is a great American boxer and doesn't give a shi t about Philippines...it makes them go insane. FYI fight night weights have always mattered. But I get what ur saying, in the end it just depends on what fighter u like, manny fans will over look certain things pac does and absolutely blast floyd for pulling them. Floyd fans will throw logic out the window and believe any and every thing that comes out of floyd's mouth. If u like a fighter, u will find ways to make an argument for him, all fans do it.Lets do it,poll up.Has there ever been a fighter, not concerning Pacman, that fight night weight was more important than the actual weight class that the fight took place in??I know that in boxing it's the official weight class weight that counts, but it seems to me,where Pacman is concerned, the rules change to accommodate him.
For example, the majority of Pacman fans keep bringing up up fightnight weights, when talking about Margarito or Marquez concerning him.So barring the common knowledge of official weight, why does it seem like they're trying to say,"it's the fight night weight that matters".Comment

Fight night weight matters.. Thats why HBO and Showtime shows the fight night weight too see how much advantage one fighter over the other at fight night. Especially if one of the fighter is moving up in weight. Some idiots are making this a non-issue just because Pac is beating fighters who are bigger than him at fight night..FYI fight night weights have always mattered. That Pacquiao would have never won 8 titles if same day weigh ins were still the standard weight protocol?
Because, Paquiao had to really shrink at anything below 130. Imagine if Paquiao was never allowed to gain some pounds to at least rehydrate himself. This applies to every boxer. Imagine if Brandon Rios were to fight the same day where he looks like a ghost.
Pacquiao would have had to fight at 135 to 140 maybe 147. To be a healthy 12 round boxer.Comment

This applies to almost all the fighters. Plus Pac only had 2 fights where he had weight advantage over the other fighter at fight night. And that was during Marquez II and Morales III. In all of his other fights, he was coming in lighter than his opponent at fight night. And between Morales III and Marquez II, only Marquez II was for the belt. That Pacquiao would have never won 8 titles if same day weigh ins were still the standard weight protocol?

don't lie. you stopped being a fan when pac whooped cotto's ass.Yup,I can dig it.Hell I get red K on the regular from posters who stay in the Pinoy lounge. The funny thing is that Donaire is 1 of my top 10 current active fighters. When I was in Washington state I hung with quite a few Pinoy's eating Balute & hot steak back when Manny was smoking featherweights & I was a big,big fan.It is what it is though.
