      timeline :

      - pacman lost to morales in his first fight a super featherweight
      - pacman signed a deal for a rematch
      - morales went on to have a tune up match against zahir raheem in the lightweight division , the outcome of this fight is irrelevant since a deal with pacquiao was already signed
      - morales lost the tune up
      - morales lost to pacquiao
      - morales lost to pacquiao in the rubber match
      - pacquiao moves to the lightweight division ,where zahir is fighting at
      - zahir lost to freitas in 2006 , and go ko'd by funeka in 2008
      - pacquiao beats diaz to win the wbc belt , zahir didn't have any titles in that time , and was irrelavant in the division

add to that ,zahir never made effort to come down to the super featherweight division to fight one of boxing P4p greats , why would manny put his trilogy on hold , moves up in weight , takes a pay cut ,just to fight this guy ?

and who did he fight? LOL
Two years later. What's your point? Again, you seem to be one of those people acting like Pacquiao was going to move up to lightweight until Raheem beat Morales. Pacquiao didn't move up for two years. By then Raheem was nobody. Also, once again, at that time people were wondering if Pacquiao was at his limit at 130, or maybe even too small for 130.

          How did he duck Raheem?

Fighting the loser seem to be a pattern for the great Paquiao, lol. Also I beieve Pacquaio started to use enhancement drugs after the first loss to Eric M. IF YOU WATCH THE 1ST FIGHT AND then the REMATCH right after you can see the diffrence.

You are totally wrong. I read a post of yours yesterday and even that one was in the same boat!

Manny had just come up to 130 and lost to Morales and had anticipated that rematch with Morales EVEN BEFORE Morales lost to Raheem.

That said, do you expect a guy who just lost at 130 to Morales to all of a sudden jump to 135? Also, can you imagine if Manny would not have fought a 2nd one with Morales? People would be all over him saying he was a coward to not fight Morales .....

By the time Manny went to 135, Raheem was not "the guy" at 135.

Before he got dismantled by Ali Funeka, he only lost by UD and SD respectively.

Freddie wasn't about to match Manny against a pure boxer like Raheem at any cost.

Pure boxers and Manny don't mix very well.
