Floyd claims he wants to 'change sports' and likened his stance on OST to Malcolm X and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's civil rights struggles:
“If it was all about money for me, I would’ve said ‘I don’t care what Manny Pacquiao does, just give me the money, I’ll take it,’ ” he said. “But it’s me taking a stand for something that means something. And it’s for the fighters who are up and coming.

“It’s sort of the same stance Martin Luther King and Malcolm X made, so we could have freedoms, so everybody could tell the world that we’re equal. The only thing I’m saying is that we are equal. So if you’re not on nothing and I’m not on nothing, then let’s go take the test. That’s all I’m saying."

So this begs the question- if money isn't the issue, and Floyd wants to ensure that ALL Boxers are equal, and he's taking a stand for fighters who are up and coming... What exactly has he done to ensure this happens?

Now contrary to popular belief, not all '*******s' are against more extensive testing. Some of us don't believe that only privileged fighters should have the right to certain resources that determine 'equality' amongst athletes. In addition, matters such as anti doping protocol should not be the prerogative of fighters but should be overseen/controlled by sanctioning bodies/state commissions (boxing needs one ****geneous commission, but that's a rant for another day). 'Equality' should not be the right of a few privileged individuals, it should be the standard across the board.

It seems that no state commission has the resources to guarantee that they would have a standardized OST program. Doing a bit of research, I learned that one randomized test could cost between $200-600. Keith Kizer, the head of the Nevada commission, had a brilliant idea for how an across the board program could be implemented:
Mr. Tygart suggested several options of how the state could pay for these tests including PPV and casino revenues. Using the Mayweather-Mosley fight as an example, Tygart suggested that $1 dollar from every PPV could have generated enough income to pay for a drug testing program for the next few years.

The money's there. It's just a matter of priorities. Adding a $1 dollar 'integrity and sport contribution' onto the PPV fee, could have generated 1.4 million dollars. That would effectively run an anti-doping program for 5 years.

    Examiner.com http://www.examiner.com/fight-sports...#ixzz1PybCeRvM

So, basically if Mayweather was REALLY serious about changing the sport and making everyone equal (at least in Nevada, it would be a great star), all he would have to do is donate $1 from every buy from the Mosley fight and that would sustain a program for 5 YEARS. If he did this for his fight with Ortiz and subsequent PPVs (a very small portion of his purse), he could single-handedly sustain a program for a decade+. Or he could donate this:

Or instead of investing millions in ***elry, he could donate that money to the commissions or USADA:

Floyd Mayweather Jr House Robbed of $7 million in ***els

So for the price he paid for lost/stolen ***elry, Floyd could sustain Nevada's OST program for 25 years or spread the funds to different State Commissions.

If he did this, he would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he in fact truly cares about 'changing/cleaning up the sport' and making sure that everyone was 'equal', especially considering money isn't the issue or a problem for him. Plus, if all the State Commissions were funded for at least 5 years by Floyd or at the very least Nevada, and ALL fighters under their jurisdiction were required to undergo the tests, how could any fighter refuse? How can anyone say that Floyd's 'heroic stand' is nothing more than a smokescreen to duck and dodge.

So next time Floyd posts a $50-100,000 betting slip on facebook/twitter or counts millions of dollars in cash for youtube or invests millions in ***elry, his fans should implore him with tweets/messages/etc to the cause he so clearly believes in. We would finally see the change he promised and there would be true equality.

Is this not more noble and effective than going on vacation and having your driver print t-shirts?
he did change it... he is a superstar belongs to WWE!! goddamnit...

What exactly is stopping MP from taking these tests?
                  The pain of the needle?
The withdrawal of blood being in someway against his religious or cultural beliefs?
Doesn't like being told what to do?

From what I can see, if MP agrees to the OST, the fight is on? Is that right?

If so, he IMO is a pvssy.
