Nope, supposedly Pacquiao has agreed to ost, if this is so, all he had to do is put OST in Mosley vs Pacquiao and in JMM vs Pacquiao, he could have exposed Floyd and proved that Floyd had other reasons for not fighting him.

That's nice and all, but why doesn't Floyd donate $1 from every PPV buy to ensure that ALL boxers in at least Nevada would be 'equal' for 5+ years? Even if he personally paid it from his $40 mil guarantee, the $1.4 million would equal 3.5% of his purse. What's 3.5% of your purse or $1/PPV buy when it means your dream of cleaning up the sport and your life-long crusade (which began in Dec. 2009) is that much closer to being realized... especially when you paid $7 million for lost/stolen ***elry and probably gamble away more than that in 3 months?

Hell if boxers like Floyd or Manny were willing to donate $1 per PPV buy to ANY cause that would be an amazing idea. Actually I think this could be passed on as a solid idea, not necessarily for better testing but just for humanitarian purposes in general. They would get deductions on their tax returns and they would be giving a quite generous sum to any number or charitable organizations while also drawing attention to the sport as a whole.

The same goes for GBP and Top Rank, even if they donated 25 cents for every PPV purchase that would be an amazing thing and would be sure to draw publicity.

I know many of these boxers and promoters contribute to plenty of charitable organizations already, but sometimes things like this can garnish even more attention.

I think your reaching to much, you got too much personal vendetta against Floyd, try thinking like a boxing fan, and not a Manny fan.

Your idea makes no sense, alot of boxers can care less about OST, like I say, Manny has had chances to call Floyd out and expose him, but her hasn't.
Floyd is not in control of the sport of boxing, so he can only control what happens in his fights, even though her could afford to pay for ost, but 200-600 is so cheap that even many up and coming fighters could afford it heck I'm a regular person and I could afford.

So even Manny takes the test, or Floyd drops OST, somethings gotta give.

So wait....What this thread is suggesting that Floyd does what the commission is suppose to do. And, have Floyd go into his pocket and pay for everybody's test?

He should pay with his own money for everything and everybody?

              WTF?

What's wrong with him and the opponent paying for the fight? I mean that's how the original drug test started.

Tyson-Holyfield is a perfect example on how to get better testing.

Nobody ever suggested that Tyson should go into his own pocket and pay for every fighter piss test. Because, that would have been just ridiculous.

Pacquiao vowed to try to eradicate poverty in his Congressional Province and Country at large during the lead up to the Mosley fight. Since then, he's done a whole lot more than make t-shirts and wear yellow gloves. He personally donated 7 ambulances to his district, is spending his personal fortune to help build the region's first Hospital, donated fishing vessels and livestock to hundreds of citizens, and is campaigning for nationwide salary hikes for workers. Not interested in a *****-******* 'war', just using Pac to prove a point. That's how you push for REAL change.

I think your reaching to much, you got too much personal vendetta against Floyd, try thinking like a boxing fan, and not a Manny fan.

I'm not thinking as a Manny fan, I'm thinking as a person with common sense. A lot of journeymen and up and coming boxers can't afford to pay for testing because they don't even make $200-$600. You say Floyd is not in control of Boxing, but he DOES have the ability to affect it the way he says he wants... so... why not do it?

He counts 5 years worth of Universal testing (in Nevada) as a youtube hobby. With the money he spends on ***elry and ********, he could finance a nationwide testing program for at least a decade.

So why wasn't Floyd pushing for this in any of his previous fights before Pacquiao if he supposedly wanted to clean up the sport. He conveniantly ignored this in all his previous fights.

Now he has no choice but to ask for it in every fight without looking like more of a hypocrite.
