Chris byrd hits like a girl and that fight was not in demand by any stretch of the imagination.

A Ruiz fight is NEVER in demand. Byrd would have given Jones more problems than the slow, plodding, hugging Ruiz. After beating Ruiz, Jones could have made an attempt at getting a fight with Byrd to unify the belts, and that would have created more demand than a rematch with Ruiz. Byrd, while about as insteresting as watching paint dry, would have presented more of a challenge to Jones, and a far more exciting fight than the Ruiz fight, though probably not as exciting as T v J I.

antonio tarver is 6'2, he could carry 195 pounds much easier than roy jones, and i think he wouldnt really need "power" to beat ruiz.
