He did not agree to the testing.... he probably thinks by agreeing he gets the 7 day cut off. Michael Koncz has confirmed he has agreed to the 7 cut off (or was it 4) but he has never stated that Manny's agreed to full testing no cut off dates.

perfect excuse for floyd.

real truth is it's the money that is holding up this fight. in floyd's mind if he has to fight pac, the money should better be right. it's a very risky fight for him. drug is no longer an issue. you'd notice this whenever floyd is being interviewed in the mainstream media. the drug testing is never even asked. floyd never mentions it when asked what it takes to make the fight happen.

offering floyd for $100 million will make this fight happen.
