That's why manny can agree to a million blood tests the lawsuit is his defense this time..with the lawsuit he can't take the fight else the judge would be asking him why he took the fight and filed a lawsuit against mayweather at the same time,it clearly would make no sense.

it would be like a man suing his business partner as he is opening up another business with said partner, or like suing the company you work at and asking can I still work while the suit is going on. the judge would not allow a fight to happen while there is an open suit
