There was nobody else in the division besides Berto who might as well be ranked at 140 because they were the only people he would fight. Pretty easy #3 when you have a big name as Mosley.

Paul Williams has a fantastic chin, he would of beat the living hell out of Cotto. His style alone would of given Cotto problems, and Cotto is so short that those shots to the head wouldn't be effective. Remember buddy, punching upwards takes alot of power away.
