4]If FMJ has never gone above 147 for a WW bout and has no intention of going over, then what harm would it do to ask for additional penalties? Pac could have asked for a 100m and it will still be a meaningless demand.
Now that Pac has gone public, all FMJ has to do is say, "So now you have accepted my terms. Send me the contract with that stipulation and I will sign it." You can not expect Pac to keep on repeating himself to FMJ's satisfaction which in turn could give FMJ another excuse to ask for the bigger share of the prize since he can now claim that Pac is getting desperate.
