Well why doesn't he just show up and say what you just said? If they really have nothing on him, then should have no problems stating his case and avoiding all the problems that comes with no showing. For the record, Floyd has referenced Pacquaio juicing, plenty of times in interviews. From of the top of my head, that infamous radio interview he did with that white rapper and his "power pellets" tirade.

They do not conduct random blood tests during the court proceedings.

Manny will not take the test, so there is no way to prove his " guilt ".

Pac would rather go to court, so he doesn't have to fight or take the test.

Fraud is never going to fight Pacquaio

Fisto, first of all STFU if you don't really see what's going on!! If it weren't for Pac there would be no court date. If that little cheating f really wanted to fight Floyd he would never waste time in a court of law; he wouldv'e waste time in a ring and tried to prove that he was the better fighter.

But, he knows that he cannot beat Floyd in the ring so his best chance to defeat Floyd is in the courts; where Floyd isn't too popular because of his freedom of speech and some view him and family as too constroversial!!

Let me answer that question for you.....

When Mayweather fought Mosley, Shane was the #1 welter, he was coming off a great win, and Manny had just ducked Mosley TWICE !!

When Pac fought Mosley, THE ENTIRE WORLD could clearly see that Shane was old, shot, and could no longer pull the trigger.

When Mayweather fought Marquez, THE ENTIRE WORLD could clearly see that Juan was old, fat, and slow, above 140. So what does Pac do? All of a sudden, FINALLY, Pac wants to fight Marquez..... at welterweight, of course
