But the thing is, as bad as Manny looked, he won every round and made Shane look 3 years past retirement. I just can't see Floyd toying with Pac in there and I think that people who wish to believe that are kidding themselves. Well, the reason why Pac and his Team choose to fight Mosley was because they knew that he was shot to pieces. Mosley is hardly a defensive wizard yet he was able to make Manny miss all night. Manny looked pedestrian against a shot opponent. Manny was exposed in that fight imo.

Think of it this way. Assume that both fighters have the same level of skills, or better yet, disregard skills from the equation for the moment. Now, consider fighter A has a five inch reach advantage, an inch or two height advantage, and around ten lbs. weight advantage over fighter B. Take into account that this is not in the HW, LHW, or even the MW divisions but in the WW where these differences will be more pronounced. Based on these stats, it would be foolish to have fighter B as the betting favorite. Now, assume that A has greater skills than B and you now include all the other advantages that A has over B, what would the betting odds be? 5 to 1, 8 to 1, or even higher? From these condition, fighter B's chances of winning would be miniscule.
Now can somebody please give the initial betting odds for FMJ/Pac fight?

I don't buy it, they fought him because Floyd fought him. Of course they knew that he was past it but they want to draw comparisons between how Floyd did against these guys and what Pac is doing to them. It is pretty transparent IMO- it is part of Arum's "masterplan" or whatever. He made Manny miss a couple of times sure but he was scared of the power. I just rewatched the Floyd-Mosley fight earlier this afternoon...Mosley wasn't running in that fight like he was against Pac. Manny even had a cramp in that fight and almost put Mosley down like 3 times.
