LAS VEGAS, NEV. – Today, Federal Magistrate Judge Robert Johnston denied an Emergency Motion filed by Floyd Maywather Jr. and ordered Mayweather to give sworn testimony under oath, beginning tomorrow, June 17. Mayweather is being sued by pound-for-pound champion and Congressman Manny Pacquiao based on Mayweather's defamatory statements accusing Pacquiao of taking performance-enhancing drugs.

    Could be this one?

So it's smart just to defame and accuse a guy of illegal stuff because you want to make a fight?

    Cool.

Didn't know people liked to make fights that way.

LOL, a few weeks or months for other fighters but for Floyd, its a year or so.

Now, you say vacation don't stop fights. Well, there was a 2nd negotiation last summer, did Floyd respsond? No. Don't say that Floyd said there was none but HBO confirmed it.

A jail is the best excuse for Floyd to avoid Pacquiao...

As I've read & look on most of Mayweather's fanatics comments, it's all nonsense reasoning & most of them are idiots, it seems most of them has zero red REP POWER which reflects of what they are...I have tried to believe that they've followed the Mayweather's thinking and behaviour, it back tracks, maybe most of them are on something...

It's plain and simple, no one is a above the law...It shows that Mayweather Jr.'s refusal of the court order is a disrespect of the law, it's in their veins of the Mayweather's clan from drug possessions, violence against women, poking in the face, character assassination, trash talking, refusal of court's order, etc...These abnormal behaviors have no place in a descent and lawful society...A jail is a good place for them, the best excuse left for Floyd to avoid Pacquiao...

Nah, that's more of the same: Manny choosing to fight in court, not the ring. Again, the choice was on the table for Manny to take the tests and fight. He opted for a different battle.

Now for those saying free speech, well just look at the media making things about celebraties. They get sued and their paying those celebraties.

Floyd opted for gossip and hearsay to really make this fight.

                    That is somehow better huh?

We never negotiated is also making a fight right?

It is? According to who, you? Does he hand you his itinerary before you wake up or after?

How can you say there was a second negotiation if Floyd never responded? Don't you need two sides for a negotiation? We all know why Floyd never responded...because no one ever reached out
