Just like Floyd went on vacation far away.

No, not just like that. Vacations are usually what fighters do right after a fight . Vacations don't stop fights from getting made. Suing does though.

Unless Pacquiaos lawyers have a smoking gun hidden of Floyd admitting he has evidence that Pac has used PEDS, free speech shall prevail.

            $300 m

The record libel verdict in the United States was rendered in 1997 against Dow Jones in favor of MMAR Group Inc. $222.7 Million,[89] whereas the record verdict rendered in favour of an individual was the award of $35.5 million against the Russian newspaper Izvestia[90] in favor of entrepreneur Alex Konanykhin, who also won a $3 million judgment against Kommersant, another Russian newspaper.[91]
The richest Philippine Congressman is about to set another record!

You act like it would have happened anyways, when Floyd was saying he'd take a ton of time off- A year or a year and a half is right after a fight right? like he suddenly actually come back to fight the most dangerous guy he could.

              He didn't and didn't negotiate.

              He's done that before.

I don't think Pac is any better, don't get me wrong.

                I really doubt that.

This isn't about money at all.

No need to act like anything or create an imaginary scenario. We know the real one. And why it didn't happen. The reason is still smacking you in the face today (see: thread title referring to court case, not fight).

                    You mean this one?

LAS VEGAS, NEV. – This morning, Floyd Mayweather, Jr. refused to appear for a court-ordered deposition in the defamation lawsuit filed by pound-for-pound champion and Congressman Manny Pacquiao in a Las Vegas federal court. Mayweather tried to postpone the deposition last minute, but Federal Magistrate Judge Robert Johnston denied his request and ordered Mayweather to appear for deposition today. Mayweather did not appear.
