Floyd just had his opportunity to prove to the world that Pac was on PED's and what did he do? He ducked and dodged the judge.

Everything that he has said about Pac being on PED is now officially heresy and doesn't mean **** in a country where we are innocent until proven guilty.

Now he has no credibility to ever ask another fighter to take any kind of test period.
