I'm one of those BOXER fans who loves the sport of BOXING...I ALWAYS side with the boxer over anybody else...if a celeb or politician or musican is beefing or dissing a boxer...I ALWAYS side with the boxer.....with that said...I didn't like it one bit when I heard B.Hop was gonna take Pascal to court for that bs he was talking...I was kinda shocked but more let down by my dude...I do overstand how DEFAMATION of character works....I always took it as a bodyguard to protect cats from the slander the media and newspapers could drop on you....never thought 2 foghters would be in court for saying the other was a cheat...smh

I just hope they can resolve this problem as fast as possible and let the fighters fight in the ring and leave the court battles to the less gifted(when it comes to ring skills)....on the flip, some dudes have to know when to say **** but more importantly...HOW to say it....Floyd and his peeps were out of line and the other side is just so conniving that its a shame...this lawsuit is just to cover something else imo...what Floyd said didnt hurt Manny's image one bit...dude is eating good...no **** that, he's eating REAL good!!....so it is what it is....hope this gets settled in the ring with 3 judges instead of some downgraded ass spot like the courtroom with one judge...smh

Sorry, but it goes in different way.. PBF ground shrinking and in due time will self-explode!!! btw, pac had already accepted PBF term for blood testing but PBF continue to chicken out!!! But of course, ring and court are 2 different fights between the two and both Pac winning!!!

not only him knows this, many of us believes PBF will be pinned down because of his malicious slander against Pac! and this victory is just one thing to pac, the other thing is, pac will surely decapitate PBF in the ring should PBF agreed to met him in the ring!

Pride comes first before destruction. I won't be surprise if Floydie will end up inside jail.

I was thinking about this scenario. Floyd lose this case and fined a hefty amount of money. Finally decided to fight Pacquiao to recover the money he lost but then lose badly to Pacquiao.

This case is a bust. They have no case. They have to prove that Manny has been disadvantaged by this. Which means they would have to prove that he would have had twice as much fans and twice as much money and twice as much fame. Capiche?

Everyone else fought him without the testing. All it does is make Floyd look like a little b*** compared to everyone else who stepped up and fought Manny.

Though defamation suits are tricky, the only reason most don't go forward is lack of money to prosecute.

There are actually several ways to win defamation. Not just monetary measurement. If his defamation has damaged the person professionally, that also works.

I'd be more concerned about the apparent lack of respect for the courts. Judges can get pissy and have large say so in things like this.

                      What is Floyd frightened of?

They might asked him if he made up the OST as a way to get out of the fight with Pacquiao, and he would be forced to answer yes.
