Everyone else fought him without the testing. All it does is make Floyd look like a little b*** compared to everyone else who stepped up and fought Manny.

You see your a child that holds no comprehension that its a PEDS test we are talking about , its equal for both and not like forcing a guy to do something that will handicap him like Manny does all the time with his BS CWs and oversized rings etc , a PEDS test is a good thing for any competition , in boxing its a great thing to make a fight between two rivals as fair as can be , its no big deal to comply with and good for all concerned especially the sport of boxing which has the weakest official testing of any sport , Manny is not one to be able to whine about being asked to do something thats not official .

I was thinking about this scenario. Floyd lose this case and fined a hefty amount of money. Finally decided to fight Pacquiao to recover the money he lost but then lose badly to Pacquiao.

Legal action will actually ensure that the steroid accusations which arose from the solitary reason the fight did not take place, will stand out like a lighthouse.

Though defamation suits are tricky, the only reason most don't go forward is lack of money to prosecute.

There are actually several ways to win defamation. Not just monetary measurement. If his defamation has damaged the person professionally, that also works.

I'd be more concerned about the apparent lack of respect for the courts. Judges can get pissy and have large say so in things like this.

True, but we have to believe that Floyd was advised by his attorney to not attend. These guys both have high profile attorneys. Also I don't think they can prove that he was damaged personally or professionally.
