The scepticism in people's mind including yours will not simply go away, no matter what.
Yes, if the fight had happened, we'd all be singing a different tune. Unfortunately, Manny chose to fight in court over what name he was called for far less than taking a test and punching Floyd in the ring. Go figure.

Although I am not thrilled with what Manny did, I understand it.

So do I. Obviously taking the tests and making this a non-issue two years ago wasn't lucrative enough so shelling out extra billing fees for far more makes more sense. Look if Manny truly wanted the fight he would've fought Mayweather not gone to court first. As if walking away from the negotiating table wasn't enough, he did the one thing that ensured the two sides could never come back to it. How any boxing fan can cheer that or support it is completely absurd to me.

Just keep riding and stroking buddy, a ****** mentality wont get you close to where floyd has been getting himself into. Otherwise if his not on cracked he'd adviced you to hold your balls and run like what he is doing now.

Strange that a man celebrating a court case over name calling would post this.

It's absurd on both sides that it would ever get to this point.

You slander someone, ****ing prove it or shut up.

It never should have gotten this far, but both sides had this built in for it not to happen.

You wanted Mayweather to prove it in court? How about what he wanted, which was for both to prove they were clean by taking the tests and fighting each other? It's hilarious to hear Pacquiao's team talk about not letting Mayweather off the hook. You've could done that in the ring, guys.

This is really simple. When this fight was actually in danger of being made, and both Bob Arum and Al Haymon were in the same room along with Manny and Floyd's other reps (they haven't been since) Manny Pacquaio turned down a 14 day cut off. It was team Mayweather who initiated the first negotiation. Team Pacquaio refused a 14 day cut-off and filed a lawsuit-----> how do they expect the fight to ever get made by doing that????

Subsequently Bob Arum and Al Haymon have not spoken to each other and representatives from both parties haven't been in the same room across the table, staring at each other and negotiating.....all there has been is some emails and text messages.

The fight was there to be made in January and when it mattered team Pacquaio:

                      1. Refused a compromise of 14 days.

                      2. Lied, and said they offered a 14 day compromise which Floyd rejected.

                      3. Ran off and inked a deal to fight Clottey withing the fortnight.

                      4. Filed a lawsuit which makes it almost impossible to negotiate the fight.
