Floyd ducked the court, because he neither have evidence or statements to exonorate himself out from this mess he created. Otherwise he'd Man up with loaded balls to testify.

LOL Pacquiao's lawyers will argue and PROVE that Pacquiao has always been clean and followed all the rules and regulations of all governing bodies. Therefore all of Floyd's slander, racial slurs, "power pellet" remarks, "take the test" t-shirts, etc. caused the public to question or even accuse Pacquiao, which in turn is tainting his image!! This is why the media backed off and why Oscar/Schaefer/Golden Boy were forced to settle.
