Floyd's ego can't beat the legal system nor Pac and I'm uncertain if his state of mind is prepared to beat to defeat Ortiz.
He's just asking for trouble as usual.

he most certainly can. thats considered contempt. but he proly wont. this is a civil matter. its not that serious. but it all depends on the judge.

slander is not a law. slander is a principle of the law. there is no federal law against slander. that would make it criminal. there are laws that detail how a person can recover from incidences of slander. i hate when ppl come on here ant think they kno what they are talking about and they sound like dumb door knobs. just dont do it to urself kid.
Ur an idiot. The prosecutor does have final say, but that still doesn't change the fact that the victim has the option to press charges or let it go. Very rarely will prosecutors bother with a case when the victim refuses to press charges unless there was some sort of bodily injury involved. Pac is in his opinion a victim of slander and he s suing floyd which he has every right to do. I highly doubt u "respecting" that decision means anything to anyone.

Now murder is a different beast all together, u can probably figure out why no one needs to press charges in that situation. Sorry bro, U probably need to touch up on ur "judge judy" expertise. Floyd got his own ****** ass into this, slander is a very serious matter, and laws, civil or criminal have consequences. If u don't understand this, I can't help u.

          • Floyd Gayweather can run, but he can't hide from the LONG arm of the Nevada law. The Nevada justice will eventually catch up to him and put him in jail if he keeps acting like a diva. The more he runs like this, the deeper he digs himself into the legal mess he and his family started. We will see how far he runs before the Nevada police arrest him.

Where is Manny Pacquiao now? he is scheduled for a visit to the US of A for big contract signing with Nike! Manny Pacquiao is making money!!! Where is Floyd? running away from court!! Now tell me who's the loser? I will not be surprised he will be psychologically broken down with all this legal battle, and he will not be 100% for the Ortiz fight, and Ortiz would actually have a lucky shot at beating his black a$$. If Floyd loses to Ortiz, he's reduced to the level of Ortiz, and Ortiz might just win himself a chance for a Pacquiao mega-fight

You've never seen me bragging about Floyd's cars, ect, because it's none of my business. Whether Pac wins his defamation case or not, that's his business. If you aren't getting any slice of the pie, why would you even care about who's eating it?

the point is it is not in the victims hands. u admitted that so im glad now u can shut up with the comparisons between criminal and civil proceedings. and yes, in pac's opinion he is a victim. the key word there is in his opinion. if it was a criminal matter it has nothing to do with the opinion of the victim.

u cant help anyone with ur sub par knowledge of the law. if u break a law, ur a criminal. floyd did not break a law. he hurt pac's feelings. if u wanna defend it, the keep su king d ick. but dont make it something its not. dont compare it to criminal matters. u look like a fool, which u proly are if ur defending boxers suing each other over words. thats so against the history of the sport its sick. but w/e floats ur boat, lame ass.

If someone disrepected you would you take them to court for slander, or would you get yours, Dawg? Come on now....
LMAO that was funny ill give u that. I dont hate floyd, i love how he s fighting vic and i ve always been a fan of his personality. His fighting style doesn't do it for me, but im more of a ko guy not a sweet science guy. That doesn't mean I don't respect floyds skills.

The only reason im ragging on this dude is he comes off like a spoiled teenage girl with this ****. He goes around starting rumors about a guy he wont even fight.

On one hand pac is a media hype job, midget, wit no reach, has no defense, who only fights bums, and would be an easy days work for floyd.

On the other hand special ost is needed to insure floyds safty....it can't be both, so which one is it?
