Yes Weebler, and the truth lies in OST, if Pacquiao would have taken them and pass them, that would have been Pacquiao's proof that Floyd made false accusations with no truth behind them.

Shane Mosley, Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds and a pack of other athletes never tested positive for PED's while being urine tested. So that "Pacquiao has never tested positive" line, doesn't mean much, if anything at all.
