        Lil Floyd is not ******...same thing I would have done. Just don't show up for the court ordered deposition and let Manny's lawyer file a motion for summary judgment. The most Lil Floyd will have to cough up is most likely $250,000 which represents a standard error & omission liability limit. Only bad news is that this will then give Pac's attorney that much more leverage against Floyd Sr. & Uncle Roger...but at least Floyd Jr. is dismissed as a defendant in this civil case without ever having to be deposed and paying a minimum of $75k to defend himself. Good move in my opinion as there's no sense in being locked down in civil proceedings when you have a couple of criminal proceedings ongoing, not to mention a ring return in September.

          Nope. I couldn't care less of how much he makes or anyone else for that matter. But, I'm totally sure Manny will save some for you since you're bragging about him making it rain.

            what people? these people? looks like they want Floyd to man up rather then Manny take the tests.

              On the test issue, personally I'd prefer all boxers were subject to random testing but at this point in time it isn't mandatory and they have every right to refuse.
              pacs obviously on roids.......

              what ret@rd refuses a randomized roid test & then cries to court about it.......

              pac = roids.....

              i would have accused him too if he put a 10 million weight penalty in the contract but REFUSED simple roid test.

              sorry bud.

                Come on floyd, just give it up coz you don't have evidence and everybody know your just blowing it up from your arse. I'd rather see you in the ring than being in jail. floyd needs to grow up and be mature about this things, this ain't no high school where are his legal advisers about this? they could have tell him just to apologize and that will be it but nah theyre probably going whatever he wants and fleecing him off from his money and anyways he can't top Pacquiao's money for money, pacquiao is fighting 2-3 fights a year and mayweather? Message for Floyd: You got the money and you got boxing in your fingertips, try not to get in jail and apologize to Pacquiao and stop running your mouth. get in the ring and fight and be over with.

                    Pac Lawyers are smarter than that! They are smarter than any of you *****s! If Floyd didnt show up, Pac will win this case hands down & the Judge will award him the Maximum damage! Floyd make sure u still have the money to Pay pac!

                      So often in these cases it's a matter of principle which is personal to the plaintiff. Above all else they want to see justice done in terms of setting the record straight and be compensated for the damage to their reputation (which may never be the same again). It also prevents future public accusations.

Pac and team are just sensitive bytches who still haven't officially agreed to blood tests and still want to fight n a court room not a ring. It's such a disgrace. In sports accusing someone in today's society is not especially when the accused is scared to death of the tests and has yet to do them or sign an official document stating he will. Punk move on Floyd skipping court even if its over something p*ssy as it is still he should have went. Pointed and laughed and state that this is a waste of tax payers dollars.
                      That's the thing, whether or not you agree with it, Pacquiao has every legal right to refuse a blood test prior to the fight as it isn't mandatory. Mayweather doesn't have a legal right to publicly call Pacquiao a steroid abuser (at least not without being able to provide proof).
