not really much different than say a coworker at work.....this dude is my equal in every way right, he is not my boss, we get paid the same, perform the same job. Now if this fella tells me to do something.... i am supposed to automatically do what he says, and or follow what he does? Even though he is not my boss? Even though it's not in our companies normal p and p, and its something he wants done? He, my co-worker, who thinks he can make or change his own rules, even tho he is not the boss?
Or say... i go out to a bar, and everyone is required to do an id check, but some customer comes up to the bouncer and says he wants me pat frisked. Would you allow that? This kinda **** to me is punked type ****. In no way am i saying i would differ from the norm, but if you think i would allow myself to be told what to do, and singled out for some **** that noone else is required to do you are sadly mistaken. I don't care if pbf says he will test as well....i don't blame Pac at all for not bowing down to something contrived by someone who is not part of the boxing governing bodies. When you put it this way people will not like it but you make very good points. I'm in the military and if one of my peers equal to me in rank tried dictating what was gonna be done to me. I would and have told them to **** off!!!!!

There aren't many fighter that are on Floyds level when it comes to dictating terms. manny is his equal. Other fighter are more willing to do what these two fighters want because they know they are not gonna get that big of a payday anywhere else.

They don't have much of a choicem but in manny's case he is floyds equal and doesn't have to be dictated too. I beleive it is more about not being strong armed and bowing down. More of a rebellion based on principle
