Roach was not commenting on Manny vs Floyd future negotiations. It was either for the past negotiations or the Mosley fight itself.

Meaning, if in the past or for the Mosley fight they don't care to be tested then it would be hypocritical of them to ask Mosley to do it.

If it was a clear question such as the one directed at Manny about being tested for an upcoming Floyd fight then OK .... until then, try again!

That video was quite clear by Manny saying I don't mind getting tested even between rounds .... this is to make it clear for everyone .... but there will always be the few that will still not be able to understand!

The question you should ask yourself is, if Floyd really wanted to fight Manny next, why did he come out of retirement only once the Marquez fight became official? huh?
