Margarito had his wraps thoroughly inspected by Roach, the TSAC etc so we know he was plaster free last November.

Margarito hit Manny to his face about 500 times in that fight and couldn't inflict ANY damage whatsoever. Clottey hit him twice and his face looked completely ***ed. Margarito has NO power without his wraps. Pacquiao buckling from a body shot is more likely a weakness to his body than Margarito's power.

Depends what Margarito is like now. But realistically Margarito would kill Ortiz. People are far too swayed by their last respective performances.

First of all Victor Ortiz is not Manny Pacquiao.

Secondly, Shane is the hardest hitting WW since Trinidad and it was only after repeated bombs that Mosley was able to put Margarito away. Ortiz doesn't have that power and he also isn't as good as Shane at clinching.

Ortiz has a mediocre chin, great boxing skills but can't handle pressure. With that said, if you can't back up Margarito and stop him from coming forward, he will break you down. Just boxing him, like Cintron, Cotto and Martinez tried to do will not work and that basically what Ortiz will attempt to do.

Margarito was a beast because of his POWER and CHIN. Once he lost his power he he turned into a 12 round punching bag who can take a lot of punishment, but give out NONE.

Actually in round 6 IF you actually watched the fight, Manny admitted he almost went down from a body shot.

Look Manny won every round and it was a one sided fight but that's not saying it was easy. Marg landed shots...

I think prime Marg beats Ortiz easily. Now, I don't know, it would be interesting because Ortiz is a lefty and so fast. I don't think he could hold on for 12 rounds because the Tornado only gets stronger as the fight goes on.

Everyone outboxes Margarito, but after a few rounds of getting plastered they start to break down. Once his wraps were gone, his advantage was gone. Margarito beats NOBODY at 147 or 154 anymore.
