Let me get this straight: Chavez Jr will have a 5 inch height advantage, 6 inch reach advantage, 20+ lb weight advantage, 5 year age advantage and has been in virtually no all out wars a la Judah, Margs, Pac, etc. He is supposedly the " WBC Middleweight Champion" of theeeeeeeee wooooorllllld! (Sarcasm)What more advantages do you need Mr. Arum? Better cash in your chips now in a big money fight with Cotto before this kid gets knocked off by the likes of Marco Antonio Rubio, Manfredo Jr, Andy Lee, etc for pennies on the dollar.

Yeah because Cotto is the one who couldn't fight Margartio in NYC in June so let's make it July, or who wouldn't be ready in July so let's make it September, no wait Tony's eye isn't ready so let's make it October, but wait? i think chavez beats cotto now.. or even back when they first started talkin about this fight... cotto isn't even the biggest WW...Arum is just playing it super safe i guess. I think chavez and Pwill would be an awesome fight though..they should set that up for next year.

He isn't fighting Tony is he? Instead he has fought Foreman and Mayorga so don't kid yourself. His NEXT opponent isn't going to be an elite opponent either, that's 3 TUNE UPS in a row. Don't just blame it on Margarito either.

Margarito lost to a HOF and an ATG in those 2 loses. No shame in that. Cotto fought a close fight with one of them in his prime and the other one murked him just like he did Margarito.
