blah blah mr. arum. we all know this fight got a red light because of mayweathers return in september. there is just no sensible 2011 date to put a cotto fight forward.

        HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Same **** Bob pulled with Mayweather.
He wouldn't feed Cotto to Mayweather and now he won't feed Chavez jr to Cotto.

I dont have a problem with Arum admitting that this guys isnt ready for the elite. But if thats the case then why allow him to fight for a world title? Stuff like this is what hurts boxing. So now Im sure he will vacate, or he will fight some no name bum that the WBC will deam a legit defense.

Like I've been saying, Cotto would beat Chavez Jr and make him look like the fool that he is. What's funny is that he's talking about "developmental" bullshit and HE'S A DAMN WORLD CHAMPION. Pathetic ass shit!!!

Just like he's milking Cotto, he's doing it to Chavez Jr.

This is the funniest **** i'ver ever heard! How the hell is a world champion not ready to fight someone else in the division?... This is exactly why belts don't mean anything anymore

I bet Bruce Trampler is the one who told Arum that Chavez isn't ready which is a good thing for Cotto because it shows how much he's improved

Well, at least he was honest and said Chavez is a protected bum and didn't pull that Cotto isn't a PPV draw bull****. This is the second time this has happened, fight with Cotto is scheduled (last year it was supposed to be at 154) then last minute it's scrapped.

Oh well, Cotto has no business at 160 anyway, especially not against a guy who weighed 180 in the ring. Too bad he won't get that 4th divisional belt though, would've been nice on his resume. At least this opens the door for Cotto-Margarito II in the fall winter and probably Cotto-Cintron next year for the lineal crown at 154.

I wonder which cab driver will be Junior's first title defense.
