Pac hasn't cleaned out anything at welterweight legitimately. He used catchweights to do it, and EVERY SINGLE OPPONENT Pacquiao has fought at WW was coming of the biggest loss of his career. Are you blind or just ******? How many champions has Pac fought at WW? He fought Cotto, and Cotto beat Michael Jennings, who was never a real champion, to get a belt to lose to Pacquiao.

You clearly don't know boxing but you sure know a lot about hype.

    Ask yourself:

Why does Pacquiao ONLY fight guys who just lost?

Why does Pacquiao use catchweights in a division where he can make the weight?

Why are the majority of Pacquiao's paper titles vacant or interim belts? You do know what that means, right? It means that Pacquiao wasn't fighting the champion in the division in which he got a belt!

Look at Pacquiao's last 6 opponents. They all have big names, but at the point when Pacquiao was willing to face them they had all lost, dropped in rank and had no title. Many of them lost after having to cut weight even though Pacquiao could make 147lbs, and one was even banned at the time they fought, so Arum greased some palms so that Texas would look the other way.

Are you kidding me? ALL OF THAT doesn't set off any red flags in your tiny little mind? The fact that out of Pacquiao's glorious 8 divisions titles, many of them being vacant and interim belts, doesn't factor in that his so-called dominance of the sport is a manufactured media hype job? The fact that Pacquiao hadn't fought anyone YOU know until his 41st fight doesn't mean anything to you? That's some EXTRA THICK PADDING!!

You should really learn something about the man you're defending before you make an ass out of yourself.

That "he's a little guy" excuse is old and tired. He's 2" shorter than Mayweather and Mosley. He's not a little guy anymore and hasn't been for years. Pacquiao just gets special treatment because he uses that excuse to justify using catchweights at 147lbs ... a weight he could always have made.

If Mosley or Floyd .. hell any boxer would have pulled this ****, they would have been beheaded by the media. ****, I would prefer Pacquiao be on drugs rather than have such a shady record and then claim to be the a top boxer.

Well I guess we are going to have to wait until September when Floyd fights Victor Ortiz to see if he challenges Manny on live T.V. in front of millions or until November when Manny fights Juan Ma' Marquez to see if Manny verbally accepts Floyd's challenge or verbally calls out Floyd. Then it's a done deal but if by that time, neither accept, then we can kiss this fantasy fight goodbye.

The television networks need to realized one thing. We've all had it with BS pay per view boxing events. They are killing the sport. They not promoting it and they are not worth buying. This is why the networks are loosing big time money to signal pirating and until they give customers what they want, this is going to keep happening. The sport of boxing will once again be hurt.

Uhh ... how about you know nothing about boxing! The videos of Mosley refusing to face Mayweather years ago are still on YouTube! There are videos of Mosley talking about his tooth bothering him and so he couldn't face Mayweather. Mayweather tried to fight Shane at lightweight, but Mosley declined and moved up to welterweight. Oh yeah and Mosley was the #1 WW in the world after beating Margarito worse than Pacquiao ever did!

Pacquiao fought Cotto ONLY AFTER Cotto was destroyed by Margarito. When Floyd retired in 2007, Cotto wasn't an established fighter at WW. Cotto had just come up from jrWW and wasn't even a contender yet. You sure you watch boxing?

So, Floyd didn't want to deal with his own promoter? LOL.)
Margarito didn't have even 1 notable win when Floyd retired. In fact, Margarito fought Williams that year and lost! So with no notable wins and a loss to a guy who was just starting out, Margarito was in line for a title shot??? And you call other posters idiots?

Clottey still doesn't have a notable win to his credit. Clottey wasn't even in line for a shot against Pacquiao, but Pacquiao needed to fight someone to stay relevant once Mayweather signed to fight the true #1 WW of the world at that time, Shane Mosley. Who has Clottey ever beat when they were on top?

Mayweather knocked out Hatton when Hatton was undefeated. Hatton was not a factor at jrWW until he beat Kostya Tszyu, who asked for a 60/40 split to fight Floyd. Floyd fought Gatti and then moved up to WW.

Goodness. *******s really pretend to know about boxing when they know that they have only been watching for the last 2 or 3 years, huh?

If you think you know about boxing, ask yourself this:

What champion did Pacquiao face for his SBW title? - none

What champion did Pacquiao face for his SFW title? - none

What champion did Pacquiao face for his LW title? - David Diaz who got an interim belt instead of fighting Nate Campbell who was the legitimate champion.

What champion did Pacquiao face for his jrWW title? - Ricky Hatton instead of Tim Bradley, who was still on top and still winning. Hatton was just a name who had been deflated after losing to Mayweather. Hatton publicly said he was contemplating retirement after his loss to Floyd.

What champion did Pacquiao face for his WW title? - Miguel Cotto after his destruction at the hands of Margarito. Where did Cotto get his belt? By fighting for a vacant belt against unknown club fighter & sacrificial lamb Michael Jennings! Cotto only got that belt to lose it to Pacquiao. Cotto had dropped from the top rankings after his dismantling and needed to bring something other than his name to the table.

What champion did Pacquiao face for his jrMW title? - Antonio Margarito, who was at the time banned, but was NEVER in line for a jrMW title shot. As if being banned wasn't bad enough, Arum got Margarito to pretend that he was a legitimate jrMW contender for Pacquiao to win yet another VACANT title belt.

        See a pattern yet?

Last but not least, ask yourself this:

When was the last time Pacquiao lost?

It was when the lab goofed up and needed another blood sample from Pacquiao. It was a very small amount of blood, but guess what? In order for Pacquiao to give a clean sample it would require that he cease any PED cycle he would need to go through. Pacquiao did oblige, but then he also got his ass kicked.

        Coincidence?

I used to like Manny but after JMM, Arum has been using Manny and keeping him safe from fighting winners and guys on top because he wants to make money off of Pac and don't want him to lose to keep his appeal up while Floyd fought 2 guys in the same division Pac is in, that Pac should have fought but he didn't (Mosley in 09, Ortiz now in 11). How can anyone consider Pac P4P#1 when he doesn't want to fight any fighters that are relevant in the division or ranks. Pac is clearly being match maked to the fullest. Pac won't even fight any guys coming off wins or are competitive but yet, I am supposed to believe that he wants to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr? Once Roach and Pac said that "We want to outdo Mayweather" in regards to Mosley. I already knew that they were just trying to follow in his foot steps and not fight him forreal. The only way to outdo Mayweather is to beat him. He fought everyone Pac fought first and when they were better. Can't outdo that. No one was excited about Pac/Clottey, Pac/Margarito, Pac/Mosley and now Pac/Marquez but Floyd comes back to fight a young, live dog coming off of a big win over an undefeated fighter (Ortiz>Berto) and the sport of boxing is going crazy. That's what boxing used to be about. Fighting winners!
DLH did not come in at 154 on fight night. In fact DLH REFUSED to be weighed and the commentators themselves noted that DLH came in bigger than when he fought Hopkins. DLH thought that if he came in big enough that Floyd, who wasn't known for KO's at his current weight, wouldn't be able to hurt him or even deter him from going for the KO. I didn't make up 175lbs. The commentators did. The writers did. Bloggers did. We all acknowledged that DLH came in huge for that fight, and that's why he refused to be weighed on fight night.

The official division weight was for 154lbs division, but DLH re-hydrated and blew up for his fight with Floyd. Go back and watch the fight dude. You'll see for yourself. DLH DID NOT come in at 154lbs that night. He was easily 20lbs heavier than that and you could see it. DLH walks around at heavier than 185lbs. He easily got back to 175lbs for that fight that night.

However he came in 145lbs for his fight with Pacquiao. Its not the same feat. That's my point. Check it out, my man. You'll see.

Pac is a welter, Marquez is a lightweight, and EVERYBODY knows - including Manny - that JMM will be largely ineffective above 140.
