Fighting at 144 doesn't make him a "welter" anymore then pac fighting at 150 makes him a JMW.

But if ur trying to get at which fight is better it is by FAR the ortiz fight. Jmm doesn't have any business in a ring with pacquaio at this stage of their respective careers and he will be made short work of come fight night.
