Victor has the same chance as Manny. A punchers chance.

Really? Ortiz has a much better chance than Khan. Atleast Ortiz wont try to outbox Floyd. He will rush him.

Khan will try to outbox him and gtfo in the process. He has no defense at all. Look at his face after Lil Paulie got done.

When it comes to *****s and *******s, no single side is more intelligent or correct than the other. It's possible to be fans of these fighters without unwavering negativity towards the opposition.

Everyone should be excited that two of the most popular boxers in the world have solid matchups scheduled. It's good for boxing, and can only help to build up Pacquiao and Mayweather's potential clash down the line. Not every press release should be viewed as ammunition to tear down Mayweather or Pacquiao.

Either you appreciate the sport of boxing, or you're a fighter's fan boy. Unfortunately, NSB seems to have more fanboys recently than anything else. Is there anyone else planning to purchase and looking forward to both? One a defensive master and the other an offensive specialist. Leave a comment if you are a real boxing and respect both of this generation's very best fighters!
I couldn't agree more man. Both these fights are going to be good scraps.

What the **** is up with people saying Marquez is going to be ineffective? What does a fight with Floyd Mayweather at welterweight? Did anybody really expect him to outbox the best defensive fighter in boxing? Pac comes right at him and that plays right into Marquez who's a counter puncher.

He absolutely has a better chance than Victor Ortiz.

And for you to say Ortiz will rush Floyd just shows how much you know about boxing and Ortiz as a fighter.

Are you high? He has no other option but to rush Floyd and assert his will.

              Ummmm

Like he did in his last fight with Berto? He pressed the action, came in swinging, oput his head in Bertos chest and swung some more. Stop trying to be cute.

What you think a jabless Ortiz is going to try and outbox Floyd? For what to get Gattid?

And again how does Khan, a guy whose ONLY dimension is to outbox his opponent have a better chance than the hard hitting, lefty who will weigh 162-165 Pounds?

Khan has ZERO defense and so far has shown average power as of late. Paulie Malignagii and even slow Maidana landed at will yet he has a chance to beat Floyd???

Please explain that. Rather than provide insults.

Khan is stylistically easier than Ortiz.

I think they will be good fights, but blowouts non the less. I have stated several times that it isn't because they guys are terrible/shot/overrated/etc as fighters, rather that Manny and Floyd are on a completed different level than anyone else, not named Sergio Martinez, around there weight class.

I guarantee u Vic wont try to outbox Floyd. He will most certainly rush him because that's his only chance of winning. And yes Vic does rush, he's done it before. In fact he's usually at his best when he does. Its when he gets timid that he gets in trouble.

No elite fighter rushes his opponent. Well Pwill did and got KTFO by Martinez but that's another story for another day.

I see him applying pressure but using a boxer-puncher style like prime Mosley etc (closes example I can think of).
