i know he is but a paper champ is someone who didn't beat that champ and cotto never beat the champ so even though cotto is more of a champ than berto is it doesn't change the fact that cotto got his belts at ww just like berto did so stop hatin and i'm not talkin about u j before u get to sensitive

What other fighters in the WW division is there to fight? I would think the #3 WW is a good enough option. what do you think?
Answer me this, Is Ortiz going to win? Has Ortiz showed flaws to a puncher and a boxer?

And as far as your analogy with Khan, its already wrong right there.. Khan was close to ***** street when he fought Maidana. Khan's fights after the Prescott fights were against boxers. They were good but they were not heavy handed like Maidana..
what is marg better than ortiz at besides takin a punch?

The Marg that fought Manny is a shot fighter. That shot fighter has nothing on Ortiz

Yep IMDAZED was right about your brain smh.

Clottey hasn't won a fight in over 3 years. What level is he on? What level is going win less in 3 years?

Marg is shot, being shot is not lightyears ahead of anybody. Stop living in yesteryear man. Did you not see Margarito-Garcia? Garcia is not even top 100 FFS's.

Maidana might put him on ***** street but only won 3 rounds in the fight. So if you're saying that Marg will have Ortiz in trouble but still lose 9 rounds in the whole fight thus losing the fight. Then yes I agree.

I can keep giving you way more examples. Pac was KO'd by Torrecampo what do you think Ledwaba will do to him?

Duran was dropped and beat by a LW at LW what do you think a big strong prime Barkley will do to him?

Alexis Arguello was KO'd by Reyes what do you think Mancini will do to him?

          I can keep going.

Your issue is that you going by name...But, more importantly than who is when. Always remember that. If you go by it doesn't matter who but when. Then you wouldn't sound like an idiot.

Great tune up for Floyd and greater opportunity for Ortiz.. I don't kno why people are hating on this fight, Floyd has been off for a year and a half and this is a better fight than pacquiao recent opponents. He been fighting Floyd's leftovers and past primed drainees and folks wanna hype it up like he is doing something

I pick Mayweather to win but look forward to an interesting fight. Ortiz is hungry and has something to prove. Mayweather is coming back from a temporary retirement and Ortiz could possible push him. Much more enticing mega fight then what has been going on in the sport in a while.

Marg has a better chin than Ortiz.. Marg has the length, and knows to cut the ring. If you want to be specific, Marg is a bigger version of Maidana with WW power. And you know what little Maidana did to Ortiz, right? He made him his *****..

More importantly than how you get the belt is what you do with the belt.

You could have beaten the champ but if you fight nothing but chumps in your reign than that's crap.

But, if you win a vacant title and fight legit threats then that is makes your reign legit.

Perhaps Ortiz will be better at 147 then he was at 140, considering he bulked up to almost 160 against Berto. This fight isn't a mismatch because Ortiz is a bum, its because Floyd is that good.

Unless floyd fights someone at MW or above, he will be favored in EVERY fight. Just accept it and get over it.

I like your answer, but am not fooled by it. Ortiz has too many flaws and will obviously lose.

The sad thing is, people will buy it and Floyd won't have to figh Pac because he will earn a lot of money once again.
