why isnt floyd fighting pacman???

That's the same question you should ask pacquiao since all he does is fight washed up drained fighters. Atleast Ortiz is a prime fighter with power. Not on Floyd's level but not a washer up no hoper like the punching bags pacquiao has been fighting the past 3 years.
