I can't wait to read the threads full of crying when he beats Froch! It will be one of the best days in boxingscene history.

Ward is getting way overrated in this forum. Ward is a very good fighter, dull as hell but well skilled and effective, but there seems to be a race thing going on here and its the usual suspects doing it. People need to put that **** to one side and acknowledge Froch as a tremendous, courageous and effective fighter, because if they dont then they just take away from Ward's 'foregone conclusion' of a victory.

These guys are in the final for a reason, they are the best. Give both respect in equal measure win or lose.

I have absolutely no idea what you are rattling on about. I am well pleased with the fact that the two best SMW's in the world are in the final to decide who is the best. I didnt figure Ward would be here at the start, but he has done very well and improved as a fighter as the tourney has gone on.

I think we will beat Froch probably by UD, but its not going to be easy and he will have to work damn hard for it.

The MMA guys must love Ward, he is a big recruiting tool for them.

I don't object to the style that much, kinda indifferent to it, but the holding elbowing, headbutting and hitting on the break, and fighting at home with the hometown ref so he doesn't get penalised is something I do object to.

He has been involved in a lot of borefests.

Look at Tarver's face after the Abraham vs Ward fight and after the Froch vs Johnson.

Tarver and the rest of the Showtime throughly enjoyed Froch's performance, they are not casual fans.

Everyone in the ballroom enjoyed them selfs and the fight..It was a great night/fight,everyone was talking about the 8th rd and how crazy it was..I don't believe Ward can have a fight like this,but if anybody is going to try to make Ward havea great fight it will be Froch..I hope their fight is fair and exciting..

Gift wrapped? Hardly and as regards the so called cheap shot, do you seriously believe that either Froch or Ward would have acted like Dirrell if they had taken that cuff?

Both Ward and Froch are well worthy of their place in the final and it should be a great fight. People make too much of Ward's headbutts, elbows, holding etc. just as they diss Froch for having no skill, no defence etc.

Both these guys are far better than that and anyone who really knows the sport from inside or outside knows this and gives them both due, but also earned respect.

Come on now. You can't admit what probably 85% of the people on this forum can. That Froch didn't deserve the win against Dirrell? It was a gift plain and simple. A complete robbery that he was given the decision.

Being on the outside looking in, I can't say what anyone else would've done(neither can you). Me or anyone else saying it was acting is speculation. If u don't think much of it, would you offer yourself up for AA to give you a shot like that while on your kees? I don't think so. Ez to say, when its not you.

I agree with a lot of what you said. They both deserve respect and I give them both their just due. But I will won't ever give froch props for a win against Dirrell, cuz in reality(not the record books), it just didn't happen.
