If true, this pretty much confirms that Floyd won't agree to get it done They're the ones that know. They're the ones who would suffer if the fight wouldn't get made. I doubt they'd jeopardize the fight... Might as well let the truth be known. That's how I think it likely is...

As a boxing fan, I think you could also say that we are the ones that suffer. Most fans want the best to fight the best, so you want this fight to be made. Team Pacquiao wants this fight too, because it'll make them (by far) the most money compared to any other fight. Bad move by Koncz, in my opinion.
