I can see a lot of guys here didn't do their research before posting,there was a recent negotiation between pac and floyd camp,while pac was preparing for mosley..the negotiation included nelson mandelas daughter,she wanted the fight to came true and be her gift to her dads birthday...she said all was agreed upon including the drug test with no cut offs,then floyd ask for the 75 to 100 million guaranted which cause the negotiation to fail again...now floyd is doing those interviews and videos with ben of fighthype just to clear his name and still use the drug testing as his excuse..

i have i question to the *****s and specially to the mayweather family,they think pacquiao is using illegal drugs at the same time they always say pacquiao is an easy fight for floyd,pac is one dimensional,cant fight backward,poor defense and amateurish..the question is for 50 to 100 million dollar why wont floyd just fight pacquiao if he thinks its an easy fight for him??easy money right??so why not?

Floyd work in a hurt business but he's afraid for his health fighting Pacquiao. That's like a mechanic being afraid of getting dirty, a professional swimmer being afraid of drowning, a pilot being afraid of flying, or a fisherman being afraid of fishes.

the south african negotiations were just crap rumors. nothing really happened there. a story with no substance.
ps: who are pac and arum joking? they don't want the tests there were no tests for mosley fight, and we will se how they go with marq. i guess they just say we do no tests, so you don't have to either and contract is signed. i want to see serious commitment to pacs and arums words.

the only testing that manny agreed to was 14-days out and that was at the beginning of the 2nd round of negotiations when it was no longer on the table

there has not been one article posted on ONE major sports site(ESPN, CBSSports, NBC Sports, USA Today) indicating he agreed to the testing.

He can say whatever he wants now that there are no negotiations going on.

There were 2 negotiations. Pac didn't agree to USADA testing with NO cutoff in either one.

I'm pretty sure this has been gone over a bajillion times here.

If there was an agreement, there would've been a fight.
