His first excuse was Actually he did`nt get t use the Gloves he wanted then it was he was Distracted then in the Philippines he said taking blood weakened him.He did`nt even keep his story straight.

Are you serious? When you are telling the truth about anything you keep it true to one story. Not a dozen. Usually when someone can't get their story straight or stick to the script they are most likely lying.

this lawsuit won't be all that easy for pac-arum imo. he will still have to prove how exactly the floyds defamed him to cause him defamation damage. because various rumors and information had existed waay before 2009. in that sense the floyds invented nothing new. of course i firmly believe they have no proof regarding pac using PEDs ,but that wouldn't be a surprise.

But what you forgot to mention is that he got set up into accepting a fight with Shane, and yes there were articles written about that where Floyd had nowhere to go but fight Shane. So yeah, he was definitely scared. But little did he know, he could actually beat Shane because we all know Shane is old. In all honesty though, what we really have here is two boxers with pride, both not wanting to bend their ego to the other's will. So far I see Pac winning.

Don't confuse freedom of speech with defamation/libel. He can formulate an opinion and believe all he wants. No problem there. He can tell his buddies he believes Pac is on some *****. Again, likely no problem there. Malicious, defamatory accusations or statements (especially as have been done through the media) can rightly get you sued should they be proven to hurt your brand (in this case). It's common sense really.
