Blood tests are totally harmless, and would be undertaken by BOTH fighters, so it is absurd to question why one guy asked and ignore why the other guy refused.

Manny has agreed to take the test NOW, so why would Mayweather think that a simple blood test would kill the fight back during the negotiation?
