I'm sorry but I just don't see it. Yeah it may make good money for both of them, but from what I've seen, Martinez would KO Williams again.
Yeah it would show that Williams is brave and that he's willing to avenge his defeat, the thing is that since Williams beat Martinez in that MD (I think Martinez actually won that fight), Martinez has become a much better boxer. In his next fight he dominated Kelly Pavlik who was according to many the best MW in the world, and then in his rematch with Williams, Martinez actually was a lot stronger than in Martinez-Williams I.
If you pay attention to both fights you'll realize that even though Maravilla weighted much or less the same, he had packed on more muscle mass and less water, so he actually was way stronger when he got into the ring with Williams for the second time.
Martinez was considered a good boxer but he wasn't recognized as a strong puncher. Now he has actually gained power, I don't know if he changed his training or hired another nutritionist, but he has been able to pack on more muscle mass and get stronger and at the same time mantain the 160 pound limit.
Don't get me wrong, I would see Martinez - Williams III, but I strongly believe that right now Martinez is a level above Williams. If Williams works hard on actually using his height and long arms to his advantage, then it could be a different story, but at the moment he just doesn't use it and that leaves him extremely vulnerable to another hard shot in the short distance by Martinez.
