He could easily just fight second tier guys like Spinks, Angulo, Kirkland, Wolak, Dziznziruk, Cintron, Clottey, etc.

yeah there doesnt seem to be much for either Martinez or Williams besides Chavez or each other. I still maintain Martinez and Williams could fight competitively at 168 eventually, but I've been shat on for even suggesting that by the Martinez brigade
