You do realize it is more likely GBP gave them very little but an apology, that is why GBP would just apologize to clear up a lawsuit which is expensive and you never know in court.

If they wanted a lot GBP would have just continued on fighting but they took a cheap sure way out which is logical because it moves the ball forward and means they have less to worry about. Same for the other side.

Quitting in the middle of the fight for self-preservation is SMARTTTTTTTTT. Margarito fighting 12 futile rounds against Pac wasn't smart at all and he is paying for it now.

Apologizing and settling out of court is a SMARTTTTTTTTTT move. Way better than fighting a losing battle in the courts. He got involved in this drug accusation mess because he was co-promoting floyd and at that time he must have thought it makes business sense to jump into the fray. He wants to hold on to floyd. He got smarter by apologizing.

Maybe little to the likes of millionaire Pac and GBP... Huge money to most of us here.

Going through the suit would entail millions of dollars in legal fees and punitive damages... a few million out of court settlement is good for both camps. It is a friendly way to settle whatever their differences are.

I give Pac props for agreeing to the settlement.

Doubt it cost them anything, certainly nothing close to millions. No reason for GBP to do that.

Possibly some legal fees which at this point would be relatively light and would only be a portion considering they were only part of the lawsuit.

They said he only wanted an apology and he got what he wanted, no need to go on if he got what he wanted from them~

The reason it could be undisclosed is they still have pending litigation and if it is known that GBP didn't really have to pay would not look good on Manny claiming damages from others~

It doesn't really benefit anyone (other than the lawyers) to be involved in a case like this so better to just end it for everyone involved.

You know why it is an "undisclosed" terms of settlement?

                  That's a shrewd guess.

GBP is waiving the white Flag. This sure as hell cost them millions, they lost out on the Mosley fight and now the Marquez trilogy. No matter how much you want to hate them, TR knows how to play the game. Cant hate on them, GBP is not up to par when it comes to promotions.

"Out of court" settlements are nearly always undicclosed. Most people or businesses, especially when it involves highly publicized matters, don't want to disclose the settlement amounts because they don't want to advertise how much was paid, or how little was paid. It often reveals who wa in the right, or in the wrong.

Who wants to have their private business matters made public??
