Why would anyone make it confidential if there is nothing to be ashamed of? If you are loosing a high profile court battle and you need to settle, would you want to make it public if there are some stipulations in the settlement that are embarrassing?

If Pacquiao felt really wronged by the accusations and, according to Bob, they also caused lost revenue for Manny, they would've not settled and gone for the big bucks.
