WBA 154-pound champion Miguel Cotto will look real close at this coming Saturday's middleweight clash between WBC champion Sebastian Zbik and mandatory challenger Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Cotto will be sitting ringside at Staples Center in Los Angeles. Chavez and Antonio Margarito are the two frontrunners to face Cotto in the fall. Margarito, who recently underwent eye surgery to correct an injury from last November's defeat to Manny Pacquiao, believes he will be ready to fight Cotto by the fall.

Cotto has shown a lot of guts to fight the best opposition, but that has not been the case since the Pacquiao fight.

I'd rather him face a top challenger at 154 than a weak paper title holder at 160.
