i know one thing. That eye of Tony's will not hold up for 12 rounds. Check out what Cotto did to Muhammad Abdullaev, the guy who beat him in the amateurs. When they met for a rematch dude was constant pressure like Margs but his ass got lumped when he couldn't handle that seeker jab of Miguels. Looking like Sloth from the goonies.. http://TG98861.jpg http://sloth_goonies.jpg

I think Chavez is actually a little better than a prime Margs. Which isn't saying much cuz I've never thought much of Margs, but Chavez size and left hook will make it tough on cotto. Let's not forget cotto is probably a natural WW. Im a big Cotto fan but this ain't as easy as it seems if jcc jr beats cotto Puerto Rican boxing will hit a low point.

Arum won't let Cotto anywhere near Martinez.

Cotto could have fought Matinez back in march but fought Mayorga instead.
Sergio is a beast and would probably retire Cotto at this point in his career.

Cotto is a warrior but he's never been the same since the Margarito beat down.

Puerto Rican boxing suffered a low point already with the loss of three championships in Mexican hands, including: Juanma López, Ivan Calderón, and Vázquez Jr. losses. A real tragedy indeed. I can't see a way how Puerto Rico will overcome in Boxing after that.

I like cotto but Hese going down again with pressure added to him again he might go down the same way he did against margarito father this puerto Rico is going to be on suicide alert (joking)

Oy it makes no sense for cotto to go against maravilla right now. It's a very high-risk low reward fight.

*If he beats margo-JccJr., solidifying his position, then maravilla-cotto is a done deal for sure, if he doesn't retire.
