so you think golden boy's lawyers are releasing a formal, legal apology publicly out of the kindness of their hearts or because of personal growth? Fact of the matter is, the same aforementioned lawyers tried on at least 2 occassions to have the 'petty case' dismissed and each time, the judge told them to go **** themselves. They realized they were fighting a losing battle and would be embarrassed on the stand during depositions. Not to mention the fact that they lost the donaire case and over 2 million buys in ppv revenue when arum snatched up mosley and marquez.

Golden boy was being dismantled from all angles, probably was a huge cause of oscar's substance abuse.

they were given the option of going to arum on bended knee, begging for forgiveness after being checkmated and they are taking it. if it means no more beatings in court and losing their money makers and more co-promotions, then everybody wins.
