Pascal fought an elite fighter. Dawson look UNIMPRESSIVE in that fight.

Options: Go to the light HW division. There are few contenders. What makes you think HBO won't sign different fighter if this fight doesn't get made?!

Dawson dominated against a contender, impressive is in the eye of the beholder sorry that you can't see why that was impressive.

Name them? why they are realistic and why HBO would want them over the Dawson fight when that is clearly the fight they want and have been setting up.

With the firestorm on testing going through boxing and Pascal's claims will Dawson ask for testing?

On these boards I have seen numerous threads in which people were asking why Hopkins wouldn't test etc. Simple answer is, he didn't have to because the request wasn't made until after the fight was signed and set in stone essentially. Had Pascal made it a condition of signing the rematch after the rematch became mandatory things would have been different story completely.

That being said, will Dawson ask for OST in this fight?

Dawson himself tested positive for illegal substances in 2004 in a post fight test, so do you think with all the scrutiny Hopkins got from Pascal & fans will Dawson force the issue and ask for testing?

Personally, i'm not a hypocrite and want every professional sport to have year round random testing across the board. Anytime millions of dollars, records and history are at stake in any sport or contest in which fans are expected to pay to see or attend then testing is warranted.

You haven't named a single option~, HBO pays by far the most money and in case you didn't notice B-Hop is not long for the sport so making as much as possible short term is very important. Plus there is the whole issue of how it would effect his legacy since it would give the whole story legs that it currently doesn't have now.

You are still all over that place, that is the fight HBO wants and when HBO sets it's sight it is their way or the highway, B-Hop can do whatever but he will make less and have to deal with the consequences.

You are using an excuse, I think athletes should be held to the same standard. The highest possible one in terms of drug testing, but I care way more about drugs designed to improve performance than those of recreation.

If a guy has a problem with drug of recreation they should get that issue taken care of though because it will harm them as a fighter.

I asked you the question why are you so reluctant to give an answer because you know there are no other options HBO would pick up at 175 over Hopkins-Dawson. You are not getting how HBO operates, HBO will force what they want to happen if they don't get it they will not really play ball unless there is a real option that they also like, name them if it is so simple~
