Oh come on man, Mannys demands?! Manny wanted the fight to be held at 147lb. Are you trying to say 147 isnt Floyd’s ideal weight at this point?! He is not a junior middleweight. Bob over did it by insisting on a huge penalty for being over weight, but can you really blame them after what Floyd did to Marquez. He got fined what like 250k per lb in that fight, which he paid no attention to whatsoever. So they upped it. Foyd again showed his intelligence and used this against them in the media. Floyd could fight tomorrow and make 147, so dont try to make a big deal of that.
Sensitive guy act?! Whatever you say man, all I'm saying is that in any other sport Floyd would be laughed at. Any other contact sport as well. What about in rugyby or american football, some player refuses to play without his own choice of specific testing because one of the other players runs to fast, or is too strong?! And dont say these sports arent as violent, the bottomline is no other player/fighter has to do test that his direct competitor tells him to. Or look at it another way, in your place of work someone calls you out for getting promoted after working your ass off and putting in the hours, he accuses you of taking coke or speed or some ****, whatever, he’s not the boss and this is not standard practice but he gives you a pot too piss in to prove yourself. You saying you'd do it? Or would you tell him to go **** himself?
And this isnt even mentioning the fact that Floyd is clearly shook, otherwise he wouldnt be asking for the tests. If I was Manny I wouldnt give up that advantage. Floyd clearly thinks hes too good to be clean so, even if you know you are, why would you give up that pyschological advantage? By Manny agreeing to any kind of blood testing he is showing a big compromise. It’s not part of the standard rules. Why give up the mental edge?

So u see justification in asking for a $10 million per pound or fraction thereof weight penalty? And u don't see justification for asking for random testing when everybody from cyclist all the way down to swimmers even do it? That's being way to selective with ur common sense. And stop using the "if a football player refused to play someone he thought was on PED..." argument because its flawed. Does Peyton Manning decide what size shoulder pads Ray Lewis wear? Does Bellichek decide the size of the field? No. Boxing is the lone sport where the terms are decided on a fight by fight basis. Floyd has every right to ask for testing just like Pac can ask for the petty weight penalty.

And u ask why Floyd won't go to the NSAC? Because it doesn't matter. There's a reason why Arum took Pac vs Marg to Texas. There's a reason why Tyson vs Lewis took place in Memphis. There are enough struggling communities that would gladly bend over backwards to make a fight of this magnitude happen. As soon as Nevada say "random" testing, Arum will start screaming about Dallas stadium. Soon as Texas say "random testing", Arum will start sreaming Dubai.

Three months ago all I read was how pac was ducking jmm cause marquez had his number. Now jmm isn't worth **** and he s being "cherry picked". One minute pac should jump up to 154 and fight the middle weight champ of he world, the next minute he should drop to 140 and fight jmm. i think roach has always said this in every pre-fight interview, regardless of who pacquiao is fighting and his reason has always been that mayweather is a "runner." well, did he not watch the floyd-mosley fight? floyd showed us the same fighting spirit he exhibited in his 130 days in that fight... against a big puncher might i add. he walked thru mosley. does he honestly believe that real boxing fans are still dumb enough to buy into that nonesense?

yup, floyd took the fight as tune up from a top rated P4P champ who called him out. the catchweight was imposed to help marquez (do you guys think he would've made 147 comfortably instead?) and drain mayweather. why is floyd getting all the blame for that? catchweights are ok since it's mayweather, i guess. meanwhile, team ******* (roach, arum, ariza) here waits nearly 5 years just to "shut a guy up" at 144 when the mayweather-marquez fight clearly showed how JMM is largely ineffective at that weight.
