everything that comes out from freddie regarding marquez from this point on, is going to be about promoting the fight, so people will waste their money on it.... i'm gonna watch it, but that's cos it's going to be free to us in the uk.... but i wouldn't pay to watch marquez way out of his natural weight.... to get knocked out by manny pacquiao...

as a fan, i too prefer a marquez fight over mayweather. i'm a mayweather supporter but i agree floyd's fights can be a bit boring. pacquiao vs marquez will be full of excitement and blood! they always are!

Floyd dont want the fight, that much is obvious. A combination of arrogance, hate, and FEAR. You can't slight a man's talent/worth and then claim he's cheating and taking PEDs at the same time!
If you suck as a fighter, I'm gonna take you on and beat you either way, take whatever you like and I'll still make it look easy. Plus theres the fact its the biggest cash fight in history and my middle name is meant to be money.
I think Floyd will make easy work of Pacquiao, but the facts are facts. Pac vs anyone makes a better fight than Pac vs Floyd.

The only thing that fight has going for it is hype and significance, but I hardly expect to see any fireworks in the ring.

Floyd will potshot, spoil, and move. Pac will pressure and try to land.

Predictable UD over 12 for one of the fighters depending on how biased the judges are for one fighter over the other. The rounds will be so close because neither fighter will try to do anything. Floyd will play his cards close to his chest and Pac will tentatively try to solve the Floyd puzzle.

High speed chess matches may be great for the boxing diehards, but in reality is very boring for the casuals.

At this point anyone other than Floyd makes for a better fight.

In short, I'd probably drown in the pre-fight hype if the fight ever went through, but will most likely be disappointed at the lack of action on fight night
