Don't say anything about Diaconu fighting on the back foot 95% of the time, unwilling to come forward, doing his best impersonation of Arthur Abraham, which he failed at it.

But who do you complain about? That's right, the black guy, the guy who did everything to make a fight happen.

It's funny cause i'm not even black. It's just funny, the blatant biasness against African American fighters. I'm extremely against biasness. I speak against it every time I see it. Black boxers are the biggest victims of bias boxing fans. I mean, the guy out threw Diaconu, out landed Diaconu, landed 60% of his power punches, came forward all night, took Diaconu's best shots and still came forward, and you little faggots still find a way to bash him.

If it was Margarito, omg what a warrior.

If it was Pavlik, Woo hoo Pavlik is back!

    Etc.

It's just so obvious, it's sad.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

Pavlik vs Lopez, Pavlik looked like complete shit.

What threads are made?: Pavlik did really good for a comeback fight.

No he did not, he looked like shit and won a close fight against a no name opponent.

Dawson shut out a top 10 LHW, named opponent, known to be dangerous, shuts him out, comes forward all night, oh that was a lackluster performance, bored me to death, should have taken more chances.

Margarito comes back against Robert Garcia, looks shit in a 12 round decision against a journeyman. No lie I read some one praising Margarito for that win and here's the funny part: They said they reminded him of Mohammed Ali a little bit, and the poster was not playing.

Ehh, you're reaching. If you really noticed that, then you are probably a little biased against white American fighters. There are so many better examples that you could make using white European fighters. You're just doing a disservice to your argument by attacking someone that has given so many great wars to this country.

Nothing at all, NOTHING is said about Diaconu's performance. It's like if Dawson fought against Dawson in that fight, Dawson vs Dawson. win or lose, he still loses.

There was more action in that fight than Mosley vs Pacquiao, and Pac vs Clottey put together, yet Pacquiao gets praised for his complete, but admittingly lackluster, domination. But Dawson gets bashed and does not get any praise at all. Whatsoever. Clottey and Mosley get bashed for their performances against the GOAT Manny Pacquiao, yet Diaconu goes unscathed, let him slide, let's bash Dawson instead.

It's annoying and pathetic man, seriously.

No I am not reaching. I saw people praising Kelly Pavlik for his shitty comeback performance against Lopez. And Margarito being praised for his absolutely trash comeback fight against a journeyman. I'm not reaching at all, just speaking the truth. African American fighters aren't treated like every one else. It's just the truth, and being a member here for such a long time, no one can tell me otherwise. I'm not hearing it.

African American fighters are slighted on BoxingScene. But using Kelly Pavlik as your evidence is futile my friend. White and black are one in America. Don't try to draw lines. Black fighters like Shane Mosley, Bernard Hopkins, Tommie Hearns, Gerald McClellan, Marvin Hagler, Sugar Ray Leonard, etc. were all praised. A lot of times black fighters come with an ego which puts off a lot of people. I am not one of those people, in fact I am entertained and often more interested in a fighter that can talk and back it up. So yeah, I'm high right now and I don't really know what point I was trying to make, so I'm gonna submit my reply now.

He threw more proved he can take a shot and bored me. And I'll say it again if he wants to great he needs mayweather sr back in that corner sr was good for him he hit harder cause he was able to put them together. He's has the reflexes speed and all that for it.

But the real reason he sucks is he doesn't know what he wants to do in the ring is it box/brawl/pity pat/or swarm he needs to find himself before Hopkins does it for him..

Well, Diaconu has never been stopped before so I'm not mad that Dawson failed to KO him. I think it was a solid performance. The good thing is, he clearly won the fight without being at his best. Dawson is one talented dude I just hope he gets everything together once he faces B-Hop or a rematch with Pascal....Dawsons is so much better than Pascal so it's killing me that he lost to him.

With his height and power he should be able to be among the top fighters of the division, but without the desire to be the best, I don't think he'll ever be a top fighter. If he fights the way he did today against Bhop, I don't give him any chance of winning.
What the hell are you talking about? He IS among the top fighters in the LHW division. If B-Hop is considered the best right now then Dawson is number 2 or 3. To say that chad Dawson is not a top fighter doesn't make any sense at all.

My bad, I meant top fighters of the world. The boy has great potential, but he's not showing it.
