The main problem with Dawson is he either throws a bunch of punches at one time or doesn't punch at all and stares at the other guy. But even considering that, I was actually kind of impressed with the way he came forward and hung in there to win the fight even after getting rocked even though people criticize him for not being offensive enough.

I think when him and Hopkins fight it will be an interesting fight, but I'd have to favor Hopkins.

Diaconu was actually pretty good in there, and like Steward said it was probably the best performance he ever put on. I still had Dawson winning 119-109. He was landing more solid punches than I've ever seen him land. I like the progress.

If you truly had it 115-113 you are insane. Maximum unbiased scorecard in Diaconu's favor would be 116-112 Dawson.

Good win to get back on his feet. Now comes the big challenge in BHop!

He has the talent, but he seems to lack a passion to win. He is more talented then Pascal, but Pascal would beat him 9 times out of 10 on passion alone.

I wasn't expecting no KO, I just wanted to see if Emanuel really did help to improve Chad's game.

And I can say that I'm impressed.
Dorian is a sad boy who has no Romanian fighters to really root for. The best fighters there are Diaconu and Bute, which aren't really a big deal. So he feels he has to talk down American fighters, it makes him feel better.

He seem a little regressed defensively. Overall, he put on a good performance.

I didn't see all of it, but it's his first fight after his first loss, an upset by the way, with a long layoff and a new trainer. Give him a break.

Good performance but I wasn't impressed...Steward did get him to pick up his activity but not any other glaring differences yet...

I wouldn't put him in there with Bernard...Chad still is passive and seems to get bored/lazy in there...which could get him in deep trouble against B-Hop...

Bored me and everyone in my house to tears. He fights with no passion and has zero killer instinct. He fought as if he popped 2 ambiens prior to the fight. Yes he was dominant from a technical standpoint, but very boring. There were plenty of times where he could have fired off 3-4-5 shot combos and he never attempted to take advantage. He was content with 1-2'ing his way to a points decision.
