I meant to put "KO Mayorga under 7" because someone posted that Cotto would KO Jr in under 7.

Even though he KO'd Mayorga in the 12th round, prime Cotto destroys Mayorga. So if that shot version of Mayorga with slapping punches and sloppy defense can go 12 with Cotto, what makes you think Jr can't go 7?

I have Cotto winning but I don't think it will be as easy as you Cotto fan boys think.

I get what you're saying but people need to get that cotto is now a mature boxer. Younger cotto would've KO'd mayorga in <7 but he would've eaten a couple of shots in the way. Todays cotto didn't get into dangerous situations but comfortably got the win.

Rematch with Cintron, then Angulo can serve as a placeholder for Margarito after Miguel smites daddy's boy. This fight ain't happening in Mexico, thats for sure.

Dude, Cotto could be facing Wladimir next and you'd still hate...

I see what this is abt chicano and i dont blame you.you want cotto softened.expect margarito to come back to a tune up.then ppl have the nerve to ***** abt cotto taking one after shoulder surgery.and fyi margarito wanted mosley, zero interest in pwill.when negotiations started between them williams took the quintana fight since he had no one to mingle with.hbo low balled margarito with the offer and he took a walk.hbo then threw in more money and made the fight.true story.

You could make that argument and I think you have a point but I also think it has more to do with Cotto just not being as active.

If he is that careful fighter you say he is now, what makes you think that will change with Jr? Wouldn't he be just as careful with Jr as he was Mayorga?

I just laugh at some people here thinking that Cotto would walk right through Jr. I think he beats Jr, I just don't think it would be a walk in the park.
