Just like the Mosely fight... This is a "garbage" fight...

After PBF fought JMM at 146... people were clowning him saying that JMM shouldn't be fighting at 146... but now it's OK for the so-called P4P greatest champion of our generation to fight JMM at the same weight that he looked horrible at???

makes no sense... and I don't want to hear about styles making fights...

PAC should be taking real challenges with boxers who have more than just a punchers chance of winning...

There really can't be many who truly believe JMM has anymore than a punchers chance of winning...

I'm sorry I clowned PBF for considering fighters we all know he can soundly beat because unlike many fanboys, I'll call it like I see it...

The facts are... Pac is and has been cherry picking his last few fights... He is responsible for "agreeing" to engage in these ubsurd fights. Hell, when was the last time anyone really thought Pac was gonna lose?

He should fight JMM at 140 - This is the absolute highest weight this fight should be made at... Both fighters can easily make that weight...

Why doesn't he at least fight someone whose game - Victor Ortiz or Berto at 140.
Why doesn't he challenge Martinez at 154 - Hell, Margarito came in at over 160 according to many boxing scribes. I'll tell you why... Those fights are to risky...

someone already alluded to it earlier...Hears the round robin of possible fights in Pac's future...

JMM at 147 - JMM isn't affective at this weight and only has a punchers chance which makes this a weak fight for an all-time great.

Cotto at 154 - Garbage... He's already soundly beaten Cotto, if it was close maybe but because it was a total destruction, no rematch is needed - only serves to pad pockets.

Tim Bradley - This one has the potential of being a good fight because Timmy's game... but I think I'd like to see him try and defeat Khan first - Because, I still not sold on him at 147... If they were to fight at 140, I'd like the fight much much more.

Ortiz or Berto at 147 - both are at the very least game - both have quickness, young legs and pop! I still think Pac wins this fight but at least he'd have some resistance.

Martinez at 154 - He's already fought Margarito, so the size doesn't matter. Pac isn't just beating guys at 147 - He's killing them... and if the rumors I'm hearing are true, he might have retired Margarito. The flat out truth is he'd have a legit chance of losing... and that appears to be to risky for Arum.

Zab Judah - This is an interesting fight but everytime I want to give Zab a chance, I think about the fights he lost... Cotto, Clottey and the Kosta Tzyzu "Chicken dance" fight - If you haven't seen this.. please youtube... Hilarious! So, until he shows he's more deserving... NO!

I'm sorry... I was fourtunate to watch Hearns, Leonard and Duran and they earned the right to be classified as alltime greats because they didn't consistently take challenges that the vast majority of people thought they would win...

Pac has to start taking ownership up the weak fights he's accepting.

PS... The same goes for PBF, because if he chooses a garbage opponent, I'll call him out to.

    Peace Mo!

This fight should be a good one. Although Manny will be the clear-cut favorite I believe it's going to be an entertaining fight. Just wish they could've made this fight at 140. Nontheless, can't wait!

should be a rippa, at least more so than clottey, margs & mosley! can't argue with that. interested in checking their sizes at 144lb cause floyd looked massive against jmm.

with pac, he doesn't have to worry for all of that...he will surely find himself counterpunching again. but still, i don't think he will have the same success he had in their previous 2 encounters. jmm has lost a step or two and moving up will just make it worse it for him.
you are kidding your self if you think pac has not improved his in & out game since the they last fought. pac is not the same brawler as when he fought jmm last. when pac attacks hes always ready for that counter, since thats what everyone tries to do to him. he's become very good at countering counters now.

Dude, as a HUGE Marquez fan, I have watched both fights plenty of times. Im well aware of the fact that even though they drew once and Pac won the other, Juan won more rounds. But that was years ago, and Juan has been getting caught a whole lot easier as he has been fighting bigger guys. If this fight were at the same weight as the 2nd fight, and wasnt so many years after it, I would be jumping for joy. But as it is, you have one fighter who has shown hw can handle the weight and keep his reflexes, movement, speed and power (Pac), and one that has shown that he gets caught easier, moves slower, and is a hair off with his reflexes (Marquez.) I wanted this 3rd fight BAD for a long time, but not now. It doesnt mean anything but bragging rights for Pac now. He can say he beat up on a fat, older Marquez who was getting caught by Kat and Juan Diaz. Whoopdie ****in doo.

Floyd was MASSIVE against lil JMM, the size difference was CRAZY .. and did floyd not get fined for coming in even heavier, i cant remember but the point is ..

.. it looked a little crazy.

JMM style is not good for floyd, really aggressive fighters have the best style for beating mayweather, jmm can ****, but not like jose castillo did, say what you want about hatton, and floyd did k-him-tfo, but he was actually doing well in the first 5-6 rounds.

oscar came so close being aggressive .. if he could have just kept his workrate up he would have won..it was that close

Call it wishful thinking but I think Marquez is going to very well in this fight and it will be a competitive fight ( way more competitive than Pac's last three or four matches ). Marquez might be slower, however he has an advantage on the last couple of fighters Pac has fought and that is he is very familiar with Manny. Manny has improved since they last fought, but so has Marquez ( now maybe not as much as Manny ). Marquez is no slouch and you will not see the same one sided fight like Mayweather vs Marquez because Manny will fight and not box. Marquez has to have the training camp of his life and has to get some solid sparring partners. He also has to be careful with weight and not put too much on. Only thing I don't like is the catch weight, wish it would have been at 140, but oh well. It's put or shut up, no excuses Marquez has got what he's wanted for a long time and better come to win on November 14th. War Marquez !!!!!!!!!!
